The impact of applying artificial intelligence on the quality of administrative decision-making : an applied study in Asiacell Communications Company

Abstract

  The research aims to identify the impact of artificial intelligence and its applications on the quality of administrative decisions. It emphasizes the importance of artificial intelligence in making administrative decisions and their quality, as well as the suitability of using artificial intelligence applications and their influence on the process of making and forming error-free administrative decisions.

    The research topic was encapsulated in the primary question: Does the utilization of artificial intelligence applications influence the quality of administrative decisions? Asia Cell Company was selected as the context for implementing the study and evaluating its assumptions.  The research was founded on a primary hypothesis asserting that there exists no statistically significant association of influence or correlation between the use of artificial intelligence applications and the quality of administrative judgments.  The primary method of data collection was a questionnaire designed specifically for this study, comprising two dimensions to assess the research variables of artificial intelligence and the quality of administrative decisions. This questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 50 individuals.  The research concluded that the utilization of artificial intelligence technologies enhances the quality of administrative choices.
